Example: Transfer two VHS tapes to one 2-hour DVD, additional fee of $5.00 for second tape. 

1. Download the order form in pdf form and fill out and send along with your tapes. Order form

2. Please call us @330--887-5271 or email us transfer@dvs2000.com before you send us your reels.

3. Put the Tapes (Beta or VHS or Hi8 or Digital 8) and the completed order form in a box and send by UPS or FedEx to:
